Controlled by servo motor,this semi automatic filling machine is suitable for filling thicker liquid like lotion,liquid soap,laundry detergent in bottle and stand pouch bag.The filling nozzle with lifting function. during the filling process and fill the material will not dripping out,it has faster filling speed and higher filling accuracy.
PLC Control
With PLC control panel, it is easy to set working parameters like filling speed.It is with an emergency stop button,ensuring a safe working environment.The language of control panel can be customized as needed.Please contact us if you need.
Servo Gear Pump
Gear pumps offer higher metering accuracy of 0.5% (depending on the material), with small operating clearances, excellent sealing performance, no displacement, and capability to fill highly viscous liquid
Anti Dripping Filling Head
Dual-head synchronized filling completes twice the filling task in the same amount of time compared to single-head gear pump fillers.
Lifting Piston Cylinder
The filling nozzle can extend into the inner side of the bottle opening to filling; when the liquid level approaches the bottle mouth, the cylinder drives the nozzle to automatically retract and exit the bottle opening, effectively preventing material splashing.
Multi function
The filling nozzle is compatible with both standard pouches and bottles. When filling bottles, simply remove the clamping neck—quick, easy, and hassle-free!
